Chris Robinson | President
Chris Robinson is a local business owner and entrepreneur from upstate New York. His experience as the General Manager of 2 New York steakhouses inspired his desire to have a restaurant of his own. His wife, Emily, has brought a Venezuelan flare to the traditional American-bar fare. His wife and children are always his first priority, his drive and ambition help show his kids that hard work pays off. The training he received during his time in the U.S. Marine Corps has been at the heart of it all, and helped him develop his business strategies.
Joe Tatarka | Treasurer
Colorado native, Joe Tatarka, is the owner of A-B&C Enterprises, Inc, an Englewood-based company, that he has grown over the last 3 decades. During the ’60s and ‘70s, in various Boulder bars and restaurants, Joe progressed from bartending, to managing, to band-booking, to finally developing the “Mezzanine Lounge” in the Hotel Boulderado. Joe’s involvement in the creation of the Kennedy Station is the direct result of his love of hosting and hospitality from that experience. Joe also served as a combat infantry Sergeant in Vietnam.
Taylor Roy | Gen. Manager
Taylor Roy moved to Colorado from Southern California in 2009. He studied business at the Metropolitan State University and at the University of Colorado at Boulder. From school to fine dining, Taylor learned to work in a fast, upscale environment, ensuring client delight at some of Denver’s most highly rated restaurants. Passionate about wine, the food/beverage industry was a natural fit for Taylor and he began his sommelier training in 2014. When the opportunity arose, it was an easy decision for him to join The Kennedy Station, and he is looking forward to giving back to the community that welcomed him with open arms!
Joe Abeyta | Head Chef
Head Chef, Joseph R. Abeyta, is born and raised in Colorado. With 20 years in the hospitality industry, he now brings his passion for all things food to The Kennedy Station. He graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado with a degree in Culinary Arts, and in 2005 was the first recipient of The Gold Medal in culinary Competency in Colorado. His experience in fine dining, instruction, and catering gives him a well-rounded knowledge that allows him to make a “typical bar menu” anything but, while delivering the classics we all know and love!
Jenny DiLuzio | Marketing
Originally from upstate New York, Jenny DiLuzio is a mother, and a full-time student finishing her senior year at the University of Denver studying Marketing and Art. Her nearly 10 years of event coordination experience has included everything from marketing and promotion, to talent and vendor acquisition, and management. Her experience in the art industry as an assistant curator at a veteran art gallery, creative art director, performance manager, as well as a working artist herself, has grown her creative side that she brings to the table. She is a combat veteran of the United States Army, with incredible work ethic, passion, and drive.
